Digital Era UAE provides integrated digital services including website design, e-commerce stores, corporate email setup, commercial product photography, and AI advertising production.

Agreements & Contracts

Formal project execution begins after:

• Agreement on full project details and pricing
• Payment of the agreed deposit
• Submission of all required materials and content by the client

Payment & Pricing

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT where required
• A deposit is required before work commences
• Remaining amounts are due upon final delivery or per the agreed schedule
• Prices are subject to change for future projects without prior notice

Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of the design, code, and content transfers entirely to the client. However, Digital Era UAE retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and social media platforms.

Disclaimer

Digital Era UAE is not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of its services or website. Services are provided "as is" in accordance with best industry practices.

Modifications to Terms

Digital Era UAE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved under UAE law before the competent courts in Dubai.
